No details really. It's a ranch fence thing. I've seen catfish, boots, skateboards, sneakers, car parts, and all sorts of other things hanging from fences in Texas. This one just happened to be Coke and Dr. Pepper Bottles with dispersed tuna cans. No meaning. Just fence art.

have we seen this before?

You may have seen one like it, I get these things all the time since my kids like them. I set this up and shot it last night. I used a lightbox, black velvet cloth background, and a small flash light for the back lighting.

ok, what are they for exactly?

They are wax bottles full of flavored juices. You bite the end off..drink the liquid and then can chew on the wax...it's a type of "candy" or treat. Been around since before I was a kid (which is quite a while - LOL).

I remember those. Always liked the juice, but never really liked chewing on the wax. Nice colors
