Covered bridges are disappearing more and more, hopefully it will be rebuilt as it was originally constructed, and not a more modern replacement.

What a crying shame - you don't see many of these anymore

This bridge was actually a rebuild that was done in the 70's based on the original. The original was either unsafe or burned..can't recall which, but the rebuilt it. A favorite spot for many people in the area.
