Yes its one I wish I could have a second chance at!
Hate it when that happens, but that just encourages me to try harder.

I think its a tick, but I am not sure. If someone knows, correct me please (5 years and 3100 days ago)
It's actually a "Red Velvet Mite" commonly known as "Bir Bahuti" in India.
I knew it wasn't a tick! Thanks for correcting me!
Anytime Author.. I should thank you as you made me nostalgic with this pic, I used to collect these and play with them and then leave them when I was a kid.

he looks very unhappy to me. My kids caught him while I was planting my garden. Better a toad than a snake (5 years and 3107 days ago)
he is so ugly that he is actually cute.
Great one! I really like the ones taken in their own enviroment.

Too bad about the stalks in front. They create a slight visual "barrier" to the eye, impeding the inviting path behind them. The blurry DOF compounds the stopping effect.
good try, but it's not quite working, agree with Mossy.
yeah the barrier is some what obstructing the view but still good idea !
Very cool shot, the only thing I think might have been better is if you moved in a little bit more in to the corn field, as to avoid the foreground plants.
