I believe this is a really beautiful city, and I fear your photo isn't doing it justice. Try cropping some oft the beach without loosing too much of the waves, and work on the colour balance, need to increase the all over vibrancy and lower the blue.

Friiskiwi is right, this is a great capture, but needs some work to finish it. color, and contrast need attention, as do the levels...............

Maybe something wrong with my lcd monitor but this is exactly the way table mountain looks, color and everything. That's why its called Blaauwberg beach (translates to Blue Mountain)
