Chicken Cordon Bleu is a chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese. I stuff mine with Proscuitto and Havarti. It is then breaded and fried and covered with a little chicken gravy. Please check the SBS for the steps. (5 years and 2545 days ago)

This happens with these special chicken wings I get at market (Gourmet Restaurant Size)(they are really fat and juicy during the first five minutes of frying and any little bit of blood in the marrow moves to the surface during cooking and the curry makes the skin super yellow. But when you finish roasting them in the oven they turn a beautiful golden brown and the marrow blood browns as well. They are then rolled in cooked onion chips submerged in a light BBQ sauce. (Then rolled in toasted sesame seeds, chopped peanuts or slivered almonds). Blue cheese Salad dressing and Celery sticks provided as well. (When I make them for family, my sister makes sure none of the children come into the kitchen for the first 10 minutes, but boy do they love the final result
