Yes,,back in the 80's and 90's when the facility was still open we would pick my grandfather up for lunch. He was one of the senior electricians and occasionally had to work on this any time a light was out or the time was off, they were pretty particular about this. Since then, the plant has shut down due being out sourced and the city has assumed the property letting everything run down.
