This house is at Flatford, Suffolk, UK. The location is where Constable painted the Haywain. It is an unspoilt part of the countryside and relatively unchanged since the day John Constable painted the scene. (5 years and 2453 days ago)

Ah ha! I have just read the rules regarding editing and amended the entry to a photo edited using levels and brightness.
Does pay to read the rules, thought I recognized those clouds. It was a very nice edit, but unfortunately not something that is allowed here.

Doesn't every princess (or prince) wish that they could live in a big castle on the hill? (5 years and 2455 days ago)
Lovely, but I bet it gets cold in the winter.
This is in the south of France, where temperatures are moderate and the stone helps to keep it cool in the heat of the summer. Of course, you would have to have servants to do the dusting, cleaning and cooking.
This is my type of dream house too. Those turrets look wonderful, So pretty & makes for great photos. Good luck with your entry.

Nice shot, but the white balance is very magenta.
