While wtching two cuban cricket teams compete, this player walked towards me which I assumed was to tell me to go away. Then he without saying a word went into his pose. I loved the character lines of his face. I wish I had the sticks in the background, but the match was in process. (5 years and 3010 days ago)

LOL like the grape dangling from his mouth.
A bit noisy, but I think here it adds to the image.

IMHO, not very candid if he's looking into the camera and 'posing'?

author says:

See your point, but it was his reaction to the camera, and not me asking him to pose.

I usually find PS stitching program very good, but it had real trouble with this shot, the finished result was O.K. but not stitched correctly. The tree at the end was in the middle, so I had to painstakingly do it manually. (5 years and 3191 days ago)

Nice hills and I love the area you shot in. Kinda wish you were closer to the action though. :P Still, great shot!

I was fascinated by this special little creature I could observe so closely. It is intriguing how tiny it is, how different an insect's life is to ours.
It is one thing to read about a grasshopper on wikipedia, but another to feel the tiny steps on your skin and watch the feelers move when it tries to understand the world around it. (5 years and 3331 days ago)

Thanks Author.

It is a grasshopper?
Wow, thanks for telling me, I didn't know.
I just heard it making sounds, so I thought it's a cricket.

author says:

Okay, I just read about cricket and grasshopper (wikipedia of course).
I have to admit, I didn't know anything about them....
