Looks like something out of a dream. Nice mood.
In this case, bokeh are in the foreground due to raindrops on the windshield. I liked the way the refracted lights turned this dreary/rainy summer day in New York into a "snow" scene.
In PSE5: Converted to black and white, despeckled, reduced noise, soft flat color. (5 years and 2494 days ago)

lovely!
Thanks
Author, sbs please, love to learn your technique
Thanks, will do
I have added an SBS.
Still not quite sure how the glass is not distorted but the bokeh is. I'll have to try something like that to see how it comes out.
The shape in from the cutout only works on the light that is Out of focus, which is why it's important to open the lens right up. I I had closed the lens right down, I would probably have got a heart shaped vignette.

the famous Murphy's Law
a toast always falls on the side of butter
fine photo, brava
Thanks, but I don't think the person who dropped it would be any fan of Mr. Murphy that day
Lucky had the ant...
There was an epilogue to this. I observed that ant for a while hoping that either more ants would come and swarmed all over the ice-cream which would have made a great shot or that the ant would dive in and took a large mouthful. But curiously, the ant went away, never came back and no other ant came. This got me thinking. Could it be that that ice-cream was so loaded with man-made chemicals that even the ants avoided it?
Ah yes Marcos, the ice-cream probably didn't contain any anti-histamine?
Nice photo
Thanks.
BTW, Marcos, there are eggs in ice-cream.....I think......
