This is a building for a power company, finished in 1932 in the Art Deco style. Much of its architectural detail is meant to symbolize the power of electricity, which was not as taken for granted in the 1930's. (5 years and 1223 days ago)

Excellent angle but the photograph looks a bit washed out. There also appears to be a red/maroon cast on it. Upping the shadows and cooling the picture a bit would do wonders. Hope this helps! All the best!
