How is it possible that this picture is "10 minutes old" and the "vote only" mode began more than one hour ago ?
Not sure... but I uploaded it ten minutes before the deadline
The little "countdown clock" thing said there was 10 minutes left
Anyway, it's not so important. I was just saying that in a way to fix a possible bug.
Because it's true that it's not possible to upload when vote mode is ON.
The system has always (even before the latest changes) reset the time after one hour. So if you upload something and check it in an hour it will show that it was just uploaded. This problem has never been fixed.
