A thick New York Strip, grilled to a perfect medium. Some salt, pepper, garlic, and just a touch of ground chipotle with home-made Blue Cheese sauce. (5 years and 2911 days ago)

Thanks for your comment. I had some with the dish in full view, but felt that they looked kind of "aerial." I liked this one much better. I didn't take too many though, as my stomach was growling standing there smelling it and I had to dig in! No retakes available.
