This photo was taken from the ledge on Willis Tower (5 years and 3627 days ago)

avatar adeincyprus

good shooting, a popular view!..........you could do with maybe straightening the horizon...imo.

Nice... I agree about the horizon

avatar cocor
cocor says:

Impressive. Where did you make this shot from?

author says:

Thanks guys, I fixed up the horizon, really did make a difference, thanks again. And Cocor, this was taken from the Skydeck of the Willis Tower (formerly the Sears tower: tallest building in the world for quite a while). They have an area for tourists called the skydeck which takes you up to the 100 and some odd story, putting you above all of chicago. Furthermore they have something called "The Ledge, a 3x6x9 ish plexiglass cube that actually pertrudes from the building, so that you can technically be standing outside of the building, and look through the clear bottom and see the busy streets

avatar pioan

avatar Govindrathod

Nice try but i guess you need still steady hands...Hope you use your tripod and get another entry which might be even better....But nice work....

avatar friiskiwi
friiskiwi says:

try it again with a tripod. Still your hand must be pretty steady.

author says:

well i use a little trick when don't have my tripod with me i usualy geat near something so that i will not move and then i put my camera 2 seconds time so i get steady and will not move for all those 8 seconds :P
