The bull statue didn't originally have a cowboy hat in his lap, but because he was anatomically correct, people complained and the city council had him... fixed. (5 years and 3160 days ago)

Excellent angle but the photograph looks a bit washed out. There also appears to be a red/maroon cast on it. Upping the shadows and cooling the picture a bit would do wonders. Hope this helps! All the best!
