Dragon Fruit, Pitaya, check it out on goggle, the inside is white with little black seeds, lovely to look at. Great photo by the way.

Your're right Frisskiwi, it's more beautiful than tasteful. This fruit, with this coloring I have only seen in the Far East. But in South America, there is a yellow variety of pitaya which has a wonderful sweet taste. Thanx for your kind comment on the photo.
