author says:

Thank you Photonut. It was a beautiful walk to the lighthouse. The views were gorgeous.

your welcome, shame we could not see it as well

author says:

Maybe it will fit the theme on some other contest. Though the lighthouse was not much to look at but the view was lovely.

An empty path but the sign hold the visual weight !

author says:

Yes it does but the sign is still all about the path since it tells us where it goes.

Clean, crisp and sharp looking but there are a few spots on the windows on our right.
Not sure if that is due to dirty windows because the window washer did not do his job properly or due to camera lens dust?
You know how to fix it.

author says:

It's the dirt on the window which I left in for authenticity...which obviously ain't gaining me points. I will clean that up and re post a cleaner version and write a letter to the city to tell the window cleaner to do a better job....for us photographers.

Hahahahaha... I am just being picky but if we are aiming for perfection we need to be picky.

author says:

Perfection is a good goal albeit frustrating to achieve. I will strive to improve and hopefully, that will lead to perfection. Thank you.

author says:

I've cleaned it up but have left some of the "dirt" .

Nice scene, however, did you take it whilst cycling on your bike or a moving car as it is very blurred? For such a beautiful scene you want to show it to us with clarity. The colours are lovely and warm.

avatar photonut
photonut says:

Yes think the blur slightly distracts in this one

Photo Captures in Bandhavgarh National Park in the Morning (5 years and 381 days ago)

I studied this in high resolution and it looks much better but it is still quite soft. If you crop it slightly at the sides the shadow aspect would be lost and more attention would be on the path and sun's rays. Remember that cropping is an artistic tool, use it to your advantage. Lovely warm colours and a very evocative image full of mood....romantic mood!

avatar photonut
photonut says:

Also think cropping the sun out would improve this
