A clear wing butterfly getting nectar from a milkweed. The smudges on its wing are in the wing itself. (5 years and 2295 days ago)
Not sure how those small wings carry that huge body, but the transparent wings were cool. (5 years and 2296 days ago)

Wow, what an unusual looking butterfly.
Nice composition. Seems to need sharpening though or perhaps the focus is a smidge off (tough shot)
Awesome otherwise!
Good luck author!
I think it has already been over sharpened, a shame as it's a really beautiful photo.
Thanks. I changed the photograph. All the clearwings look fuzzy or something to me as well.
Too bad, but this one is wonderful too.
Thank you friiskiwi. Clear wings colors are not always crisp and clean and their colors do look fuzzy, especially through their wings. At least the ones I saw. I will try again later on with a tripod and see what happens.
