Lovely lights - I'd consider cropping out most of the noisy sky to just above the roof line
I have to disagree with you on that one fallinghorse, if you do that you will lose the pillars of the bridge which give some further interest and structure to the photo imo.

Nor HDR, just careful (lucky) exposure.
