Well... judging from the uniform of the guard in the back, and the lettering on the wall, I would guess that this is in or near Greece. I'm not sure about the mini-skirt (never minded seeing a nice pair of legs), but what the heck is the giant frilly thing attacking her back?

as far as I remember, this is the Greek Parliament War Memorial in Athens, it is many years since I was there. As for the 'alien' creature attacking the young lady's back, actually, she has the appearance of some sort of 'alien creature'....lol.............I think the little one has the right idea.........'see it off'.....................good catch author, I doubt we'll see anything else like this in the contest....

Heh, heh, and then again HEH, guys! First of all I was asked to leave the place. A bouncer threaten to have my ears knocked in, as this supposedly was a high fashion photo session or something. Much as I never bothered asking too many questions, what with my life being at risk, I guess the idea was to create the impression that the elf, (sorry, the lady,) was standing in the very middle of a most weird windy situation, what with her hair being blown back the opposite direction as against to that of her (ostensibly owing to very strong wind) raised skirt.
