The funny thing is I didn't notice that equipment until after I was done shooting. I knew it was there, yes, but it was so dark I had no idea that it was in frame. Happy accident!

A 'dell' is a valley apparently. The farmer is coming uphill out of the dell. This one is included in the linked Wikipedia list of nursery rhymes..
