Such a beautiful image. I'm not exactly sure what a fiber optic lamp is, anyway you could elaborate more on this technique for me?

Thank you for you comments. So, I borrowed a Fiber Optic Lamp (you can google it to find out what it is), I turned it on, then I put the camera on the tripod and I set the camera to a slow shutter speed (8 seconds) and I took the picture, while the picture was being taken I was blowing air on the lamp so that the fibers would move and give it a cool effect, that's about it.
