I think the feather is being challenged by the bark ( i think its bark ) in the bottom left. Beautiful feather though

Wow... I love it although I don't understand what it is or how it was done or... or...
It's underneath a pier and when a hurricane was 400 miles off the coast causing what little waves we got. The capture is right as a wave splashed up against the piling or leg of the pier.
