pity, this could have been a good shot with a little more effort. The highlights are blown, and so a lot of the detail is gone.

ya adien it is a pity. This are first trial and error of these types of shots. An easy chop to fix but can't do it here. Thanks for commenting.

It's not blowing in the wind. I can tell it's indoors. It has to be blowing in the wind per contest rules.

Well, in fact, it's inside a big big corridor that has no doors. Wind can go throught it. As you can see, the flag is not falling right.
