The red flag does not necessarily mean the entry will be removed. it simply means the entry will be scrutinised by the mods and a decision made. So, please do not challenge this, the system works, please use it. And, others have been reprimanded for the same reason, you just may not have seen it.

I don't really see this as scenery but I'm missing the free relevance. The water is free? The fountain itself? The view of the fountain? What?

as this is in a church garden, is serenity what the author had in mind.
