I know it's often suggest you have a foreground, but I feel in this case it has been overdone.
I agree, this photo is focused on the tree, not the building. I can barely make out the features of the building. This photo all around is not that good. It's way to busy, it's hard to make out any detail, and you don't have an object that is the main focus of the photo.
Deanna Molnar, i agree with your point of view but i'm basically a cinematographer and i clicked this picture to show the whole scene in a single frame rather than a particular object
