It's not the same picture. The other had a clearer shot of more headstones. This one is nicly focused on the front. Even if it was the same people do it all the time. I don't think it's against the rules.

It is Tugu Negara..here some description from wikipedia. 'Tugu Negara, literally the "National Monument" in Malay, is a sculpture that commemorates those who died in Malaysia's struggle for freedom, principally against the Japanese occupation during World War II and the Malayan Emergency , which lasted from 1948 until 1960. It is located in the Federal capital, Kuala Lumpur. The Malaysian Houses of Parliament is situated near the monument.'

I'm not sure if this is Patriotic as they are protesting against the country's current administration. Suppose it depends on which side you fall.

A basic foundation of patriotism (in the US) is precisely that you DO have the right to protest against those who are in power at the moment. (although I wouldn't trust Fox news - the reporter - as far as I could throw him)
