It was a rainy night, I was on my balcony, enjoing that night, then i had this view, I captured it on a low shutter speed with a tripod, It was hard to set up my old tripod on the balcony to make it focus on this slum, I captured 9 shots a shutter speed of 4sec, This was the best shot i got.......
