Mostly understood as a symbol of warning, the skull was often used by ancient cultures to ward off any type of evil influence or illness. It's philosophically viewed as the seat of intelligence, spirit and the spark of human life. Interestingly, the skull is also the remnant of the body that is the least resistant to decay - another sign of its strength as a symbol. Could use a better composition. nice colors tho.
I'm not sure that a pole with lights coming off of it makes a "tree".
Thinking out side the square
Looks like a tree to me, but honestly I don't think that's the main issue. That bright light takes so much off the focus (the light tree) I can't tell what it is to the right of it because thereand I would have at least leveled the base of the house.
