One of the most celebrated festival in Asia - Navaratri - festival of nights, which lasts for 9 days with three days each devoted to worship of Ma Durga - who comes with her four children and returns to her in laws house on 10th day. (5 years and 3178 days ago)
nice shot ...but frame could have been better
Framing is against contest rues bihanclicks, it would get removed if a frame were added.
I think you should try lowering the brightness to bring out the details in the figures

Lovely, but a shallower DOF would have made it outstanding.
Agree with friiskiwi .. a shallow DOF would have enhanced it a lot...
By the Way just a correction .. that is not a Goddess .. He is Lord Shiva as a cosmic dancer , Named Natraja ... As this contest is about Asian Culture .. thought ... that some concepts should be straightened before they are misunderstood. Currently This form of Statue was much in news , when CERN performed the proton collision experiment. The Huge Version Of Statue is At CERN ...
