The focal point of your waiting line is overshadowed by the fruit, which dominates the image, making it the focal point of this image. If you cropped off most of the fruit display, centering in on the people, then they would be your focal point.
Lovely photograph of a fruit market, but the people are really lost, and they should be the main subject for this contest.
