If its not garbage what would you intend on doing with it? Eati it? Do you have a drawer full of pencil shaving's? I would throw it away.

That's why I say to a degree, it's garbage. What else can you do with it? It's just something you commonly throw away. Perhaps a shot of sweeping it into a dustpan would have sealed the garbage classification. But it's still on theme.

I would think that this definitely falls under the garbage definition as the creator of the contest defined it.
