We had some friends coming over so we decided to try and make home-made Gyros. Marinated the lamb all day and made Tzatziki sauce from scratch. Never having been to Greece (unfortunately) we weren't sure how authentic they were, but they did taste great. Potential apologies to all our Greek friends. :-) (5 years and 2346 days ago)
