Nope ... it's not a good idea even though the bear is politely giving indication to handshake :) It might be just a trap (5 years and 3024 days ago)
It might be easier to just hand her the note and run.
Shot against the evening sun to get some bokeh. Noise added to get a kind of texture. (5 years and 3029 days ago)

Do you think it is that easy?
Lovely light and bokeh
nice...love the bokeh here
I like the whole overall look of this. great job
Love the bokeh. The crumpled paper is a bit contrived looking and takes away from the overall strength of the image, as does the strike through lines on some of the words, which make no sense to the image.
Great concept, excellent background, just a bit of overkill on the note itself.
Thank you all
MossyB, paper is crumpled to show the the emotional stress the person holding is undergoing and strike through the lines are to again show the confusion in person's mind before breaking his lover's heart trying to be as gentle and simple as possible in the last few words. This was my idea of presenting this. Might not be the best in town
I agree with the author. The effect to me wouldn't have been as strong if the paper wasn't crumbled. I think the image is great and it's a great idea. Just when you give it to her run really really fast. heheh

Excellent shot! Almost looks like a sci-fi alien. Great clarity, I love the grain of the wood and the hairs on the arm. Well done!
tyvm !! appreciated that, Mossy !!
great shot, would have been even better if the focus had included the top of the fingers, rather than the wood grain.
thank ya, frisky !!!

how to do it???very nice.......
This reminds me of a story I read the other day in the media. Apparently in a lot of Japanese media when the anchorman is telling the story, you see a lot of people holding their hands up in the background. I read that this was because of privacy laws and gives the camera something else to focus on instead of peoples faces - apparently even pets are protected by privacy laws ?
