That looks like it would be quite heavy. Wonderful find for the topic!
It's actually quite small...about 5 inches for the blade, but, yes, heavy because of the quarter inch thick blade, hence its "chopping' power. It's used as a utility knife in Indonesian villages.It's very well made, the handle is of rosewood, but the "Head Hunter" title is only for drama

okay, that is scary...
I tried one in a shop once and they actually work :P also I saw one once called the orgasmatron :P haha definitely weird.

We special ordered those for the Health Food store I worked in, and people swore by them, They tickle like crazy and make you smile, great capture (the point on the handle was often used to touch acupressure areas)

My aunt has one of those and I think they are pretty cool, but I had never even notice that pointy tip. And now I know, lol. =)
