Very nice light reflections, but it would have been better if all three statues had been in focus.

in your opinion Mossy. I disagree and prefer the shallower focus personally. I think if you were capturing three live people you would normally want one key subject to draw the eye to, and I think this achieves that.

I think it would have been better if we could actually see her sitting on the stairs, that way it would look like it belonged. IMO

I have that shot too, Friiskiwi, but I chose this one so you could see the doll's face better (not to mention the cord wrapped around its neck). I may change it to the other shot later today if enough people feel it would work better for this contest. Thanks!

I'm assuming that background is the steps she was on. I think I'd agree that pulling back a little would enable the shot to tell more of a story
