Yes it is. Looks like a simple walking cane but when you pull back the cover away from the handle, a 23 inch blade is exposed. Sorry I didn't explain it in my entry comments.

Bailey Bull Rider cowboy hat with a 36 inch cane of which only the upper portion was used in the photo. This is a gentlemen's cane for style.
