The High Line Park in New York City opened in the summer of 2009 and is an elevated railroad track that has been converted into a park. Not only is the park a great social gathering space, but it creates a unique interaction between the visitors above and pedestrians below. I snapped this picture as I ate my dinner at a restaurant beside the park as this family was watching the action from above. (5 years and 3482 days ago)
This is wonderful. NYC is definitely on my places to visit in this lifetime. At first I thought all their shorts were on fire . The lights at waist level contrasting with the dark is very striking. I also like that you did not crop the sky out. It is a nice balance. Thanks for sharing.

How is this something you'd expect to be full, but is empty?
It is a ROAD which should be FULL of traffic !
Ohhhhhh... I see. I didn't get that it was a road. I thought it was just a tidal flats or something
But instead it's filled with water, doesn't exactly make it empty.
