Nice job author! congrats on doing it the "old way"!
Cool shot. For this contest, it might be interesting to rotate it 90 degrees
@rbsgrl- Thank you so much! ^^ I love doing darkroom work, so I'm really glad that there are still people that appreciate it! >u< I'm afraid that film photos are almost becoming obsolete... But thank you so much!
@kyricom- Why would rotating it benefit the picture? I'm honestly curious- what do you think about the symmetry would be better showcased by rotating the photo? ^^ Please let me know!
I'm really not sure if it would benefit it or not, it was just a suggestion as something to try and see if you (the artist) like it. What I was thinking - the way it is now (which is really nice) is fairly recognizable as some type of run down building, but by rotating it (and becoming less recognizable - at least quickly) it would make it more of an abstract design. *shrug*
If it were me I'd rotate it 360*
@kyricom- Oh, okay! I see what you're saying now. ^^ You're right that it would become more abstract, and I like that idea! I think I would need a different shot of the building, though, because for the to balance, I'd want the roof beams and the floor trough to be evenly spaced on either side of the picture. I like the thought of that being turned sideways, though, I really do! When I go back there, I will do my best to get a shot that could work for that! ^^ Thank you so much for the feedback and input, kyricom! I really, really appreciate it- and the brainstorming for another photo, too! ^^
@locksmagic- What about 720*? XD
Howdie stranger!
