It's a little OOF (out of focus) and your highlights are a little blown, especially near the star, probably a result of the highting in the halls. A contrast adjustment may help. I'll hold my vote.

Agree with jawshoewhah. If you'll use flash when you shoot the lights, they wouldn't so blown.

I'm guessing there were too many florecent lights and that is why your shot appears so blown out. I had a simular issue taking pictures of a tree in a hospital I was staying at last week and the florecent lighting made every picture blown out. I decided not to enter.
