Nice picture but I'm almost certain that's a Chameleon. Perhaps it is using it's camoflage skills to look like an iguana? Still, great detail. Good Luck

very difficult to see the lizard because of the focus and the foliage.
It's not an iguana; it's a chameleon. The eyes move and look at different ways at the same time...
a bit ouf of focus in my opinion
