Looks cold, but I guess British Columbia (car's license plate) would be. Are the tickets to get into the restaurant, or to go see the whale?
More wild, wet and windy than it is cold. The tickets are for whale watching and adventure tours. There is a resident pod of Orca whales nearby. Looks much more appealing when the weather is better.
