"Erbauer" means, in German, builder.
The building was built in 1909 by Richard Gloeck.

Not on theme. IMO these are not pyramids. They are just sharpened stakes that have had the ends cut off.
The fact that the ends are cut off makes them 4 sided, not triangular. I'm with you, meatman.
And even if the ends were not cut off, the base's would be round. lol. a no-win situation
meatman you would do well to read rule 3.7
This is a mods decision.
You already made your point with your first comment.
pyramids do have 4 sides btw
Pyramids can have an infinite number of sides. And one of of the sides is the bottom. It is not the polygon that is created by cutting off the top. At least that is what 2 1/2 years of geometric topography at Ohio State taught me.
what ever then red flag this entry and move on according to the dang rules.
Good luck to you Author.
The polygon exists .. just you do not see it, because it is joined to the log There is a point, an ideal section where the pyramid begins. Otherwise, what words would you use to describe the shape of these logs? I say .. think differently ...
I would add, have you ever seen the unfinished obelisk in Aswan ??.. You can not see one of its sides, but everyone calls him obelisk ..
Please look at the tip in the picture "Close to houses"
It is certainly a pyramid and its tip is cut off ..
What I mean is that if you accept that the pyramid of Giza is truncated and its faces are not perfectly flat, but they are built in terraces, then it makes sense also my pyramid shapes are truncated at the top (like the Mayan pyramids). What really matter is that the lines of the triangles converge towards an ideal point.
As for the base, the pyramid of the Louvre is really empty .. so even in this case the polygon is an optical illusion, because it is immaterial ..But if we mean by the word pyramid not the triangle shape, but the overlap of multiple items, then you are right,
these are not pyramids.. In any case thanks for the comments.
This is the first time that my photo is being discussed across the world for so long .. and this is an interesting experience
Very creative idea author! tough crowd ut i think id call these pyramids but that's just me
