It was some crazy mixture me and my friend had made I can't even really remember everything in it exactly but it started out with some Kool-Aid mix and water but was way too runny so we added something to it to make it thicker (I wanna say flour? But I can't quite remember) But that ended up turning it pink so we used a ton of food coloring in it. Alot of trouble to go through but it looked pretty real when we finished.

The hand is not really the main focus here.
