WOW..., I wonder if one of our Asian friends might know what it is. I love drying food that I grow, but I have a little machine to do the drying, not as interesting as this is.

People had to leave the cars at work and the bus service was out of service. I had to save the day with my 4X4
We can see the "weather problem" but here, I think your white balance is not well adjusted. Your snow is definitively not white.
