I got to agree. From where I'm sitting it looks like a bloody body organ cut from the whole and then just dropped on a plate. I am thinking more commonly known mouth-watering foods would have been better for this contest, rather than the rare that are well, not as well known.

I agree with u all.. However, I wanted to showcase a dish which is really mouth watering..
