Its small fruit, bark and black white flesh adhered to the single seed, are primarily consumed in natura, or as jelly, juice, liqueur, brandy, wine and vinegar.
It is one of the most cultivated fruit, from Brazil colony in home orchards.

Author the "jabuticaba" what does it taste like?
Well... The Brazil has many different fruits ... I can say that aspect of it really is very similar to a large round grape with thick skin and almost black, and it has a pulp and seeds as a grape, when ripe is very sweet, and the taste of it, well it tastes like ... jabuticaba ...
