Great shot!

This doesn't really seem too close up to me. A better shot would have been a shot close up of two or three of the chain links and try to capture the texture (rust and age) on them. That would be a good close up.

What I meat as get closer to one link and have one in more focus than the rest. It would give it more depth and still show the repeating pattern.

Nice one....but could have been better if you would have made some sort of a design or shape from the jean....
