a very nice action shot with the shooter caught in mid air doing his lay up. I think this would of been better in color as there isn't a lot of contrast between the blacks and whites to make it a really powerful photograph. Also the action is moving away from your position and you have mainly backs and covered faces in the picture.

I think it would be more effective to have the girl in focus and the background blurred.
