Nice, but a bit too dark foreground, as for my opinion.
Momvera... the shot was taken late as the sun was setting but a few people were getting every last bit. You have to in Scotland, I thought the photo summed up the day well
Your shot would have been much better with the sun behind. This can be a common error in outdoor photography. There are ways to get a creative shot with the sun in front of you but for the purpose of this contest and this image, it didn't work. So I share the same opinion. My advice? Replace it with something a little less directly into the sun.
