Edit it's a wonderful photograph, and I'm sure it would do much better in an other contest
For this contest we are looking for what is generally regarded as fruit. Capsicum would generally be regraded as a vegetable. Technically you may be correct, but from your own link;
Modern society commonly refers to all these fruits as vegetables:
Pumpkin
Squash
Tomato
Cucumbers
Green beans
Capsicum peppers
Bell peppers
Thanks, they may be regarded as vegetables but botanically they are fruit as is any fruit with seeds. God help modern society lol
